I met Erica at the first community meeting I attended. On my daily bike commute to work, I was forced to ride on Plymouth for a terrifying hundred feet, and I wanted to learn more about how I could help fix it. Erica met with me one on one and explained all the zoning intricacies and the plans to fix it. That eagerness to engage with the community, especially with a 23-year-old who knew nothing about city government, would make Erica an ideal City Council member.

Erica Briggs is a compassionate community leader who values diversity and cares deeply about Ann Arbor and its surrounding communities. Her expertise in multimodal transit is vital as Ann Arbor strives for greater equity, community affordability, and works to adopt the A2Zero carbon neutrality plan.
